SMTP can be configured in order to send e-mail notifications for various activities.
When creating or editing StorCycle users, Administrators can elect users to receive e-mail notifications for any actions which generate; Information Message, Warning, Error, Pending Delete jobs
Administrators can configure SMTP settings from Gear Icon → Global Settings → SMTP
Administrators can sign up users for E-Mail notifications during user creation or edit:
During the creation of any restore job, users can select 'E-Mail on Job Completion' which will send an e-mail to the logged in user (with e-mail configured) when the restore job is done.
